1000 days? What can you achieve in that time frame? Want to know how to build a $1million dollar business online in less than 3 years? Then you need to read on...

1000 Days? What does that mean to you? Is it a long time or do you think 1000 days will pass in the blink of an eye (admittedly it would probably be a very big, slow blinking eye!).

Well, in case you are curious 1000 days from today (Thursday, December 1st, 2011) is Wednesday, August 27th 2014 and it’s going to be an important day…I’m throwing a party in Central London and you’re invited (seriously, drop me a line and I’ll reserve you a spot at the party!)

You see people often massively over estimate what they can get done in a day but oddly enough people tend to massively underestimate what they can achieve in a year, in a decade or in a lifetime.

And that’s what this next 1000 days is all about, building something of worth; building something of value and having a big celebration at the end (and I wasn’t joking about the invite, there really is going to be a huge party…)

Now, irrespective of which part of the interweb you like to hang out in, I am pretty sure you’ve seen at least one site making ludicrous claims about “push button lifestyles” and the lazy way to make money online (just send 5 payments of $97 to this paypal account…).

However, in the past, I have made a nice income from building products and marketing them online. I’ve also helped other business owners and entrepreneurs to either build a new business or grow an existing business using a mix of cutting edge internet strategies and old-school solid business experience…

So what’s the truth behind the outrageous claims made on the web and what does it really take to build a legitimate, ethical, profitable business online?

Well, I intend to show you! In the next 1000 days I am going to do exactly that!

For reasons I’ll explain in a later post, I am starting over. I have what I believe is a great idea, I have a deep passion about my subject matter and I have a burning desire to be successful in this new venture…

Why 1000 days? Well in my experience, and unless you get very very lucky, it takes a mix of both time and work to build a sustainable, valuable business.

I believe 1000 days is enough time to build a significant, valuable, business and it’s a short enough time window to make the journey both exciting and challenging.

How valuable you may be wondering? Well how about a $1Million

And, over the next 1000 days I am going to document the whole process for you, right here on the blog. I know some keyboard warriors will say that’s too long, it can be done sooner (and probably send me a link to their “push button” solution (just 5 payments of $97 remember…) and others will say I am blowing smoke and talking sh!t and that it can’t be done…

Well, what do you think? Can it be done? Do you think I’ll succeed and are you interested enough to come along for the ride?

And finally, I am very curious…what sort of end goal would motivate you to commit 1000 days and are you prepared to do it?
